MANNING REQUEST FROM CLIENT
This is where TDC provides personnel manning requests, including personnel profiles, job descriptions, benefits, and posting locations for our pursuant.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT MEDICAL SCREENING
After the candidate success through the screening and interview stage a Pre-employment medical assessment will be required, the aim is to evaluate and monitor individuals to detect risk factors that might restrict them in delivering efficient performance in their workplace.
SCREENING & TESTING
All Candidates are subjected through a thorough screening exercise conducted by our team of qualified human resource professionals. We will prepare a detailed report showing the result of all successful candidates and a copy of the results will be sent to IHS for final approval if required.

ORIENTATION & INDUCTION
We maintain a high-level approach to discipline and compliance to ethical conduct within the workspace. All our staff shall be served with copy of our code of conduct and IHS workplace policies.
DEPLOYMENT CHECKS
Once candidate has been through the selection exercise and approved by IHS the candidate will be deployed to your designated locations and provided with necessary supports. A buffer list will always be maintained for subsequent replacements.
ONSITE SUPERVISION, APPRAISALS AND TRAINING
All employees partake in a bi-annual performance management appraisal which is aligned with IHS set expectations through our online portal. We also handle all training requirements at interval scheduled sequentially.
