Depot Representative

Below are the Key Responsibilities:

1.Monitor and Supervise the lifting/loading of Petroleum Products at the Depot
2.Serve as the Company’s Liaison with Depot officials, Transporters and the Regulatory Agencies
3.Ensure compliance with Safety, Regulatory and Quality Standards during Depot Operations.
4.Verify product allocation, track truck loading activities and ensure accurate documentation.
5.Resolve On-site issues related to product availability, loading delays or dispute.
6.Maintain accurate records of daily lifting, truck dispatch and product movement.
7.Provide regular reports on Depot activities, product reconciliation and operational challenges.
8.Monitor competitors activities at the Depot and share Market intelligence with the Team.
9.Safeguard the Company’s Product Tickets, Documents and Financial interest at the Depot.
10.Support the Sales & Supply Chain Team to ensure Customer’s Orders are fulfilled on time.

1. Basic Knowledge of Depot Operations: Understanding of petroleum product lifting processes, truck loading procedures, and depot documentation.
2. Safety and Regulatory Awareness: Ability to follow and enforce safety procedures and comply with applicable regulatory requirements during depot activities.
3. Coordination and Communication: Ability to effectively liaise with depot officials, transporters, regulatory representatives, and internal teams.
4. Attention to Detail: Ability to monitor loading activities, verify product allocations, and ensure accuracy of depot documentation.
5. Record Keeping and Reporting: Ability to maintain accurate records of daily lifting, truck dispatch, and product movement, and provide timely operational reports.
6. Problem Solving: Ability to identify and escalate operational issues such as loading delays, product availability challenges, or documentation discrepancies.
7. Integrity and Accountability: Demonstrates reliability and professionalism in handling company documents and protecting company interests.
8. Location Requirement: Must reside close to the Dangote Refinery axis to ensure timely presence at the depot.
